At Sofiapp LLC, we reward our community's loyalty through multiple weekly giveaways designed to encourage active use and support for our platform.

1. Program Overview

Automatic drawings are held every week among users who meet specific interaction and subscription criteria. Prizes are distributed across four value categories: $50, $25, $20, and $10 USD.

2. Giveaway Categories and Eligibility Conditions

In order for a winning user to withdraw their prize, they must have met the condition linked to the corresponding category prior to the time of the drawing:

Premium Giveaway ($50 USD): Exclusive to users with an active Premium subscription at the time of selection.
Rating Giveaway ($25 USD): The user must have rated the application with 5 stars in the respective store (App Store or Google Play).
Community Giveaway ($20 USD): The user must follow our official Instagram account.
Connectivity Giveaway ($10 USD): The user must have at least one active email account linked within the application.

3. Prize Accumulation

There are no exclusivity restrictions between categories. The same user can participate and win in multiple categories simultaneously or consecutively, as long as they meet the individual requirements for each at the time the weekly drawings are held.

4. Withdrawal Restrictions

Prize awarding is subject to verification of compliance with the specific condition. If a user is selected as a winner but does not meet the requirement associated with their category (e.g., not following on Instagram or not having previously rated the app), they will be unable to claim or withdraw the credited amount.

5. Notification and Delivery

Winners will be notified via the application or email. Sofiapp LLC reserves the right to audit accounts to ensure process transparency and compliance with these terms.
