Unlinking your email is easy!
You can remove any linked email from your Sofi account at any time.
Step-by-step guide to unlink your email from Sofi. Keep your account secure and manage your linked emails easily.
How to unlink my email?
Go to Settings > Linked Emails, find the email you want to remove, and click the Unlink (trash) button. Confirm the action and you're done!
Note: Unlinking your email will stop Sofi from processing receipts from that account, but your previous data will remain safe.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the Settings section in the Sofi app.
- Select Linked Emails from the menu.
- Find the email you want to unlink and click the Unlink button (trash icon).
- Confirm the action when prompted.
- Done! Your email is now unlinked.
