1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Sofiapp LLC ("the Company"). By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Sofiapp LLC provides a financial tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to extract and organize expense and income transactions by analyzing bank notifications, receipts, invoices, and bills received via email. The Application requires read-only access to the User's email accounts. The Company does not store, modify, or distribute email content beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

3. User Responsibilities

The User represents that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and device access.
The User agrees not to use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. License to Use

The Company grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms. The Application may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, distributed, or used for purposes other than its intended use without prior written authorization.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including monthly and annual options. Payment will be charged to the User's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The User may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their applicable policies.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Application.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including trademarks, logos, source code, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Sofiapp LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Age Policy

The Application is intended only for users who meet the minimum age requirements established by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

9. Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
