These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User") and Sofiapp LLC, owner of "Sofiapp LLC". Use of the Application implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Sofiapp LLC uses artificial intelligence to automatically record the User's expenses by analyzing emails. The Application requires read permission for the User's emails. We do not store, modify, or distribute email content.
The Company grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms. The Application may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, decompiled, or used for purposes other than those intended without express authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
"Sofiapp LLC" and all related elements (logos, source code, design, etc.) are the exclusive property of Sofiapp LLC. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Use of the Application is limited to users who meet the age restrictions established by the Apple and Google app stores.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be published in the Application and will take effect immediately. It is the User's responsibility to regularly review the Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Delaware, and the arbitral award will be final and binding on the parties.
